In-Home Consultation
We will meet you for a walk-through of your home. We will learn about what you envision for your renovation, and you’ll learn about our renovation process. Together we will develop a wish list or scope of work for your renovation project.
Pre-Construction
After defining the scope of work, we will work with our engineer to draw up your plans. We will then define a budget and timeline for your project. We will also try to mitigate any foreseen construction problems before we start your renovation project.
Construction
During this phase you will see your vision come alive as your home renovation starts to take shape. Our Project Manager coordinates and supervises our vendors and subcontractors to keep your construction toward timely completion.
Warranty
Our warranty covers all renovation materials for one year, plumbing, electrical and HVAC for 2 years, and structural components for 10 years. Abacus Home Improvement is committed to preserving the quality and integrity of our renovation projects, as well as the relationship with our clients.
